We're currently seeking contributions towards the following expenditures, with a target total of roughly £12-15,000 for the whole event.

Inspirational keynote speakers

35% - Covering travel and accommodation costs for 6 keynote speakers at YRSPP 2026 - your support will help us include international presenters.

Nutritious catering options between sessions

35% - Providing tasty lunches and tea/coffee to fuel 60 people over 3 days of presentations.

Memorable networking opportunities

20% - Organising a welcome reception, a walking tour of Edinburgh, an evening meal and a small traditional Scottish ceilidh to spark the conversations that lead to lifelong collaborations.

Prizes for presenters & gifts for keynotes

5% - Encouraging ECR attendees to prepare high-quality posters and presentations for the event, and thanking our keynote speakers for their time. Sponsor or provide a prize/gift of your choosing!
